36 hours in South America

After a very comfortable flight on
Continental Airlines, we arrived in Lima at 10:30 pm on May 13th, with just enough time to check into the Los Tallanes Hotel and call it a day. The following morning and afternoon, we spent about 4 hours with the Peruvian press, conducting various interviews with the radio, TV, and print media sent over by the promotors' publicist, after which we were invited over to the 'Casa de Julio' (Julio's house) for a late lunch and to meet his 'pets'....(which include 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 ferrets and an alpaca). Late afternoon brought us to sound check and after a brief rest back at the hotel, it was time to play the show. Lobby call the morning of May 15th was 5:00 am, and after less than 36 hours in Peru, we were on the 8:30 am flight bound for the U.S.
